How long does shipping take?

Shipping generally takes 4-7 business days. We’ll email you tracking information as soon as possible so you can prepare your chalice.

What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of consumables, we cannot accept returns, but we will work with you on a solution and/or refund. If you have any questions for our team, please get in touch at hello@drinkvelvethammer.com

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! But we hope to be shipping internationally soon.

How are these packaged? Will they survive shipping?

Individual sachets in boxes of 15. The boxes are designed to protect the sachets and look beautiful on your shelf.

Satisfaction guarantee

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund at hello@drinkvelvethammer.com.

Here's how it works:

- This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.

- You must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date.

- We may offer alternative flavors or store credit as a resolution.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Subscription orders

Ordering a subscription means you're committing to regular deliveries. We send multiple email notifications before each subscription order is created, giving you plenty of time to skip, modify, or cancel. Forgetting to cancel is not a valid reason for a refund.

If you need to manage or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging in to your account at drinkvelvethammer.com.

Refunds

If a refund is issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@drinkvelvethammer.com.

Quality concerns

If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us immediately at hello@drinkvelvethammer.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The LOT number (found on the back of box)
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
  • A detailed description of the issue
