Satisfaction guarantee

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund at hello@drinkvelvethammer.com.

Here's how it works:
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
You must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date.
We may offer alternative flavors or store credit as a resolution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If a refund is issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@drinkvelvethammer.com.

Subscription orders

Ordering a subscription means you're committing to regular deliveries. We send multiple email notifications before each subscription order is created, giving you plenty of time to skip, modify, or cancel. Forgetting to cancel is not a valid reason for a refund.

If you need to manage or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging in to your account at drinkvelvethammer.com.

Dispatch options

We ship from California, USA.

We aim to have all orders ready for carrier pickup the same business day if placed before 12pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after 12pm PST  will be ready for carrier pickup the following business day.

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends and major federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST, or weekends, will not ship until the following Monday - or - business day during holidays.

Please note that shipping time frames are based on the date the carrier picks up your order from our warehouse, not on the order placement date.
